Raya FMCG, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a distributors & wholesale manager.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute the distributors and wholesale sales strategy across Egypt.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and key wholesale customers.
- Identify and appoint new distributors to expand market coverage.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with supply chain to ensure product availability and efficient order fulfillment.
- Monitor distributors' performance, stock levels, and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business performance reports.
- Lead, coach, and develop the distributors and wholesale sales team.
Skills description
What will you need?
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Minimum 3 years in managing distributors and wholesale channels.
- Experience managing nationwide distributor networks is highly preferred.
