DPRM(Deputy Regional Project Manager)

Job Summary

XAD Technologies Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Regional Project Manager (DRPM) to support regional telecom operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing field teams, coordinating with customers, ensuring compliance with project standards and procedures, and preparing management reports to support operational excellence and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise telecom field teams to ensure smooth project execution and achievement of operational targets.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to address project requirements, escalations, and service-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Huawei standards, protocols, SOPs, and ISDP guidelines during project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, productivity, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Track project KPIs and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Support resource planning, task allocation, and workforce management across the region.
• Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions to maintain project performance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication between field teams, management, and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Deputy Regional Project Manager (DRPM) role or a similar telecom management position.
• Practical knowledge of Huawei telecom equipment, protocols, SOPs, and ISDP processes.
• Strong team management and customer coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Telecom project management experience will be preferred.
