Drafter / Designer (Interior and Architecture)

Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and design wants
Prepare administrative documents whenever required
2D and 3D space-planning and technical drawings for all finishes (lighting and electrical plan, window and door schedule, custom carpentry detail etc)
Good understanding of materials and their suitable uses
Able to work independently and with a team
Meticulous and accurate with work with minimal supervision
Adaptable, positive working attitude and keen to learn on the job
Requirements
3 years relevant experience with construction/architecture, carpentry and interior design
Degree in a construction-related field
Proficient AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Illustrator and photoshop etc
