Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Drafter (Interior and Architecture) to join our team. The role involves architectural drawing and interior drawings using AutoCAD, developing design concepts, creating client presentation materials in PowerPoint, and coordinating with consultants to ensure accurate execution of projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare precise 2D & 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or equivalent software
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans, including measurements, layouts, zones, and systems
• Assist in design development, detailing, and technical documentation
• Create PowerPoint proposals and design presentations for clients
• Coordinate with consultants and clients to ensure design accuracy and project requirements are met
• Support the team in design ideation, layout planning, and material selections

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3D rendering is a plus
• Good design sense with an eye for detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage (liaising with Chinese counterparts)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively

Bonus Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in interior design and architectural drafting
• Experience with layouts involving sensors, lighting, or smart building systems
• Portfolio showcasing relevant project drawings
