What You Will Do
Creative & Technical Drafting: Transform basic design concepts into highly accurate, ready-to-build AutoCAD shop drawings and engaging 3D models.
Site Coordination & Leadership: Step away from the screen! Head to the site to brief contractors and carpenters, ensuring the design intent is flawlessly executed.
Client Collaboration: Gain valuable client-facing experience by occasionally joining meetings to discuss requirements, present updates, and provide technical advice.
What We Are Looking For
Drafting Prowess: Strong, mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
3D Visualization: A solid working knowledge of 3D modeling software, specifically SketchUp or 3ds Max.
The Right Attitude: A keen eye for detail, a hunger to learn, and the communication skills to translate technical plans into clear instructions for non-design staff.
