Job purpose
Handling 3D design and plans, providing drafts and drawing concepts. Provide technical detailed drawings as per the given specification and requirements.
Key accountability areas
Design and visualization:
Prepare detailed shop drawings, elevations, sections, and layouts for construction projects.
Create 3D perspectives to visualize the design and spatial arrangement.
Proposal development:
Develop product proposals based on specifications. These proposals outline how specific products meet project requirements.
Communication:
Maintain good and clear communication with salesmen for the project details and specifications.
