Driver Operations Specialist

This position is the primary day-to-day contact for an assigned group of drivers (generally up to 30 drivers), consisting of company employee drivers and/or independent contractors. Drivers operate on a 24/7 basis; accordingly, an role is expected to participate in an on-call schedule. This schedule will vary based on location and business needs. This position handles a range of driver operation responsibilities, including but not limited to dispatching, load planning and customer service.
