Driver Recruiter

The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, screening, and hiring qualified commercial drivers to support the organization's operational staffing needs. This role focuses on attracting and securing CDL, non-CDL drivers, and driver trainees while maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring compliance with all hiring requirements. The Driver Recruiter partners closely with operations leadership to understand workforce needs, reduce vacancies, and improve driver retention.
