Driver Support Specialist

GoShare is seeking a driven and resourceful Driver Support Specialist to join our growing team! In this remote position, you'll provide exceptional support to our network of independent drivers, ensuring a smooth and successful experience on our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional first-contact support to drivers.
- Assist drivers with registration, and account management.
- Proactively identify and address potential driver concerns.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Answer questions about deliveries, earnings, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on platform updates and policies to provide accurate information.
- Troubleshoot common app and platform issues, offering clear and concise solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher, preferred but no required.
- Proficient in Google Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (remote or in-office).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the gig economy or familiarity with remote work is a plus.
