We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, energetic hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment — someone who can step onto the floor at The Globe and own the room.

Located in the heart of Perth CBD, The Globe is known for its buzzing atmosphere, live sport, great drinks and loyal late-night crowd. This is your chance to join a venue with real personality, where no two shifts are ever the same.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience within busy pubs, bars or late-night venues
• Ability to multitask under pressure while keeping service smooth, efficient and fun
• A genuine team player who leads from the front with a positive, can-do attitude
• Confidence running high-volume service periods and busy late-night trade
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to turn challenges into great guest experiences
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience with gaming, cash handling and end-of-night procedures preferred
• RSA essential
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and peak trading periods
