DV Advocacy Manager
This position is responsible for management and oversight of the San Jose Family Justice Center (FJC), the anti human trafficking program, and integration with the AACI Health Center (HC). The Client Advocacy Manager collaborates with the relative teams to ensure an integrated program delivery approach.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management for Legal Advocates and assigned program staff.
- Oversees the weekly coordination of the San Jose Family Justice Center (FJC).
- Manages and maintains program records.
- Engages with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance program operations, improve service integration, identify emerging trends.
- Oversee contract fulfillment, monitor progress on contract deliverables, and compile monthly program reports.
- Documents and maintains client records per appropriate standards and regulations.
- Provides crisis counseling, safety planning, information, referrals, advocacy, mediation, and intakes both in person and via the 24-hour crisis hotline.
- Represents the agency at community meetings and develops partnerships with community stakeholders.
- Monitors program budgets and maintains compliance with contracts and grants.
- Coordinates financial assistance for clients to purchase basic necessities and support client transition to a safe environment.
- Monitors and evaluates outcomes data, identifying strengths and addressing areas of improvement.
- Facilitates referral linkages to community resources and performs case management services as needed.
- Provides on-call emergency support.
- Provides community education and training on domestic violence and human trafficking issues as needed.
- Develops and updates FJC, anti-human trafficking, and internal referral policies and procedures as needed.
- Engages in ongoing learning and development to remain current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Completes other duties and related projects as assigned.
