Dynatrace Implementation Consultant (Contract)

About the client:
Our client is a Reputed Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and administer Dynatrace monitoring solutions across infrastructure and applications.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace components, including OneAgent and ActiveGate.
• Configure monitoring, dashboards, alerts, reports, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
• Support end-to-end application performance monitoring and transaction tracing.
• Conduct performance analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
• Integrate Dynatrace with enterprise tools and operational platforms.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynatrace implementation and administration.
• Strong experience in application performance monitoring, observability, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux environments, web/application servers, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with containerized and microservices environments such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker.
• Experience in banking or financial services environments is preferred.
• Dynatrace certification is an advantage.
