Job Description:
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies
- Manage and oversee ecommerce operations, including website design and development, order fulfilment, and customer service
- Identify areas of improvement and optimize performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless ecommerce operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Develop and manage the ecommerce budget
- Oversee the development and implementation of ecommerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising
- Drive ecommerce sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising and product assortment strategies
- Manage relationships with ecommerce vendors and service providers
Job requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant studies
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English languages for business needs
- Experience in setting up shops on e-commerce platforms
- Experience in export business is a bonus
