Education & Employment Case Manager

Cocoon House’s Snohomish Young Adult Housing (SYAH) program provides assistance with transitional housing and rapid rehousing support to young adults experiencing homelessness, helping them secure independent housing and achieve income stability. The Employment & Education Case Manager will work directly with program participants to identify and pursue employment and educational opportunities that align with their unique needs and challenges. This role emphasizes a participant-centered approach, addressing barriers to housing and employment while fostering growth and self-sufficiency. In addition to individual support, the Employment & Education Case Manager will lead group workshops and seminars, organize career-focused field trips, and coordinate the Young Adult Housing Internship, equipping participants with job skills and real-world experience.

Cocoon House is committed to continually growing in our equity, diversity, and inclusion journey, and candidates with lived experience or who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ are strongly encouraged to apply! We will also provide reasonable accommodation to qualified persons with disabilities upon request.
