We looking for our new EHS manager (H/F) for our Cossé Plant in France.
Your Mission
Lead our site’s health, safety, and environmental programs. Ensure compliance with laws, reduce risks, and foster a culture of safety through training, audits, and visible leadership. Act as the key link between employees, suppliers, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance: Update site documentation, manage permits, and oversee wastewater treatment.
- Training & Culture: Develop and deliver safety training; coach leadership on behavioral safety.
- Risk Management: Define preventive measures, investigate incidents, and manage corrective actions.
- CSR & Audits: Lead recycling, audits (Sedex/SMETA), and risk matrix updates.
- Leadership: Represent EHS in meetings, report KPIs, and support corporate EHS strategy.
