EHS Manager

This role will be responsible for transforming and maintaining a robust Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program at the Cape site. This role requires a strong leader capable of driving a cultural shift toward safety ownership, improving housekeeping, and addressing gaps in compliance, leadership engagement, and operational safety. The EHS Manager must be skilled in influencing, engaging, and collaborating with a workforce that has historically resisted change, ensuring the site's sustainability and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
