Electrical Design Engineer

• Prepare electrical load calculations, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, and short-circuit studies.
• Develop single-line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, process, civil, structural, and architecture disciplines.
• Review vendor drawings, technical submittals, and equipment specifications.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical discussions with clients.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, and relevant industrial standards.
• Support project execution teams during construction and commissioning phases.
• Mentor junior engineers and review their design deliverables.
• Prepare technical reports, BOQs, specifications, and engineering documentation.
