Electrical Engineering Technician, Robotics Hardware Engineering

- Assemble and wire test benches and fixtures - Assist with first level electrical troubleshooting - Collaborate with engineers on testability and hardware refinements - Create and maintain test procedures and SOPs - Fabricate and terminate cable harnesses - Install and integrate PCBAs sensors actuators and power distribution - Isolate root cause of hardware faults - Log organize and report test data and anomalies - Maintain lab safety and equipment readiness - Operate electronic loads and data acquisition systems - Operate logic and protocol analyzers - Operate oscilloscopes and bench instrumentation - Perform board and component level repair - Run power on and system level tests - Set up and run functional tests - Solder and rework PCBs - Use digital multimeters and power supplies - Verify continuity against wiring diagrams
