Job Summary

Lead and manage engineering teams to design electrical distribution systems for buildings, oversee manpower deployment, control project budgets, enforce safety policies, and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of engineers and supervisors to achieve project goals efficiently
• Design electrical distribution systems for buildings to meet technical and safety standards
• Plan and implement manpower deployment to optimize resource utilization and project timelines
• Monitor project budgets and apply cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met
• Enforce safety policies and ensure all safety measures are implemented on-site to maintain compliance
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients to support project success and client satisfaction
