Email Deliverability manager
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in high-volume email/CRM deliverability (experience with multiple domains and markets is a plus);
Strong proficiency in Customer.io or a comparable platform at an architectural level going beyond simple email assembly;
Solid understanding of DNS and SPF/DKIM/DMARC - not just knowing the acronyms, but having hands-on experience configuring records and analyzing DMARC reports;
Experience building triggered/lifecycle campaigns from scratch;
English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
Own the domain architecture (primary/reserve per channel); configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SPF/DKIM/DMARC across all sending domains;
Monitor sender reputation via Google Postmaster Tools, DMARC reports, and blacklist checks; diagnose root causes and resolve deliverability drops;
Manage warming schedules for new, recovering, and unverified-audience domains; design and own dedicated infrastructure for safely re-engaging deep-churn segments without risking core domain reputation;
Define when and how diagnostic inbox-placement testing is triggered, interpret findings, and translate results into infrastructure and content decisions across markets - execution can be delegated, ownership of the methodology and knowledge base stays with this role;
Launch trigger-based lifecycle campaigns; architect segmentation on top data; run A/B tests on mechanics and content within flows;
Own technical architecture for new channel rollouts end-to-end - from writing specs to navigating platform-level technical constraints with the dev team to final acceptance;
Maintain stop-word and content guidelines per market/language; manage budgets for warming and validation tooling; design and implement the alerting system for infrastructure health of channels.
