About Our Client
Our client is a growing email marketing agency focused on ecommerce and DTC brands. They partner with a range of ambitious online businesses to create strategic email campaigns and automated flows that drive engagement, customer retention, clicks, and revenue.
The team works across multiple brands, each with its own identity, audience, and marketing goals. Their approach combines strong creative execution with email marketing strategy, ensuring every campaign is not only visually polished but also designed to perform.
As part of the team, you'll collaborate with email strategists, copywriters, and account managers while working on campaigns.
About the Role
We're looking for a Full-Time Email Marketing Designer to create high-quality, conversion-focused email campaigns and flows across ecommerce brands.
Responsibilities
- Design campaigns, flows, and promotional emails
- Create conversion-focused desktop and mobile layouts
- Work primarily in Figma
- Follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and account managers
- Manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines
- Incorporate internal and client feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years of email design experience
- Advanced Figma proficiency — required
- Strong understanding of email design, typography, hierarchy, CTAs, and mobile-first design
- Experience with ecommerce/DTC and Shopify brands
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other ESPs
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously
- Agency experience is a plus
- Basic HTML email knowledge is a plus
Offer Details

- Schedule: 9 AM–5 PM MST, 5 days/week

- Client Load: Typically 5–10 clients
- Salary: 2000-2700$
