We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join VA4U and play a key role in delivering engaging, high-converting campaigns for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns.
Design and implement automated email workflows and customer journeys.
Segment email lists to optimize targeting and personalize campaign content.
Conduct A/B tests to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making recommendations and adjustments for improved results.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive overall campaign success.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of hands-on email marketing experience.
Proficiency with platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of email automation, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Experience working with international clients is highly desirable.
