Employer Branding Intern
You will create social media content and visual assets for LinkedIn and career platforms. You will interview employees, coordinate content-capture sessions, organize branding assets, support digital campaigns and events, track employer-branding metrics, and provide logistical and administrative support for talent-management activities.
Responsibilities
- Create social media content for LinkedIn and other career platforms, including copywriting and visual design.
- Conduct employee interviews and content-capture sessions for culture, testimonial, and day-in-the-life features.
- Manage and organize the digital asset library, including photos, videos, and templates.
- Coordinate digital branding campaigns and physical activations, including career fairs and campus outreach events.
- Monitor and report employer-branding KPIs, including social media engagement and newsletter open and click rates.
- Provide logistical support for learning and development workshops, engagement events, and town halls.
- Assist with administrative tasks and records maintenance for the Talent Management team.
Requirements
- Be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related Business field.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Canva and CapCut or similar short-form video editing tools.
- Use Google Workspace proficiently, particularly Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including newsletter writing and professional partner correspondence.
- Have prior exposure to, or willingness to learn, HRIS and ATS tools.
- Commit to a hybrid setup with a preference for 3–4 onsite days from Monday to Thursday.
