Engineering Manager Dashboard Foundations

You will lead and develop a team of eight engineers, set goals, provide coaching and feedback, define the long-term strategy for a foundational dashboard platform, shape the roadmap with cross-functional partners, guide technical design and execution, and uphold technical quality and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience
• Staff-level engineering experience before management
• 1+ years of engineering management experience
• Experience designing scalable and reliable architectures
• Track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams
