Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented engineering manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key responsibilities
- Lead maintenance & equipment reliability
Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, optimize equipment performance, and minimize downtime to ensure efficient production. - Oversee engineering projects & new installations
Manage new equipment installation, perform FAT/SAT testing, and deliver engineering projects on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. - Plan shutdowns & spare parts management
Develop shutdown plans, supervise major maintenance activities, and maintain critical spare parts inventory to prevent production interruptions. - Ensure compliance & operational excellence
Implement ISO requirements, follow maintenance SOPs, and ensure all engineering activities support organizational goals and production quality. - Develop the engineering team
Train and coach maintenance staff, build succession plans, and enhance team capabilities to improve overall engineering performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- PMP or MBA is a plus.
- 13+ years of experience with at least 4 years in a similar position.
- 3+ years in a managerial leadership role.
