Engineering Manager, Financial Platform
You will lead the Product Ledger engineering team responsible for a double-entry ledger service that supports accounting and financial state across products. You will set the technical roadmap, manage the software development process, partner with accounting, product, and compliance stakeholders, and ensure the platform remains scalable, correct, auditable, and integrated with Oracle.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years leading engineering teams
- Experience leading teams of 8 or more
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring
- Experience building or operating double-entry ledgers or core accounting systems
- Experience with idempotency design and concurrency control
- Experience with revenue recognition, intercompany accounting, GL mapping, reconciliation, and ERP integration
- Knowledge of databases at scale and NoSQL data modeling
- Experience designing event-driven systems
- Experience operating in regulated and audit-sensitive environments
- Experience defining technical roadmaps across multiple product verticals
- Experience recruiting and growing engineers
- Familiarity with crypto custody and multi-network asset movement
