Engineering Manager

You will lead two squads of senior engineers, set direction, remove blockers, and support individual growth. You will own platform outcomes, drive AI-native development, shape the builder-productivity platform roadmap, and align technical priorities with customer needs through close partnership with Product and other teams.

Requirements

• 3–4 years leading engineering teams
• Experience hiring, coaching, and managing performance
• Platform engineering experience
• Infrastructure expertise
• Understanding of system hosting and scaling
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools
• Product judgment
