Engineering Manager
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers across front-end and back-end development
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable SaaS solutions (React, Node.js, AWS, etc.)
- Define and implement technical strategy aligned with product goals and business priorities
- Conduct technical reviews and guide the team in architecture, coding standards, testing, and security
- Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical execution plans
- Establish and optimize agile workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring tools
- Maintain high standards of code quality, reliability, and maintainability through consistent reviews and testing
- Foster professional growth within the team through feedback, coaching, and mentorship
- Act as the communication bridge between engineering, product, and leadership teams
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Leadership experience in cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience with React
- Experience with Ruby on Rails
- Proficiency with architecture design, coding standards, testing, and security best practices
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear technical plans
- Deep understanding of managing engineering teams and driving high-quality delivery
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Experience building SaaS products
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Interest in mentoring and supporting engineers
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
