Essential:

Deep demonstrated experience working as an Engineering Technical Lead inside complex and/or largescale ICT Projects/programs.
Sound knowledge of System design concepts and methodologies.
Sound knowledge of Network Design concepts and methodologies.
Foundational knowledge of Architecture Design concepts and methodologies.
Foundational knowledge of Security Design concepts and methodologies.
Practical Agile / DevOps / Scrum experience.
Experience in requirements elicitation across stakeholder communities.
Demonstrated ability to achieve deliverables within challenging and tight timeframes.
Sound Knowledge of all technical aspects of appropriate systems design methods, tools and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches, and ensures they are applied effectively.
Sound knowledge of DevSecOps toolchain implementations.
Sound knowledge of virtualisation and containerisation.
Sound knowledge of VCF architecture and tools.
Test and Evaluation experience

Desirable:

Australian Government, Defence, or Defence Industry experience
Successfully delivered a Product inside a complex and/or largescale ICT Projects/programs.
Cyber Security Project engineering roles.
Software Engineering Experience
Broad technical information technology knowledge
ISM experience
ITIL/ITSM experience
