Engineering Project Manager
The Engineering Project Manager - 1 will both independently manage industrial wastewater projects predominantly in the food and beverage industry as well as part of a team for larger projects.
Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Project Manager - 1:
- Serve as primary client contact for all assigned projects/clients, maintaining positive relationships with clients and upholding the Probst reputation
- Utilize Probst project management methods to manage schedules, scope, and budgets through all phases of an assigned project, including construction
- Coordinate schedules and budgets with subcontractors and equipment suppliers
- Assign and manage tasks to project team members
- Utilize time management software to track and forecast budgets and complete invoicing
- Work closely with Project Coordinators to maintain project documentation and communicate schedule priorities and deliverables
- Gather client data for use by engineers in design development
- Draft bid requests and evaluate quotations for contractors and consultants
- Review purchase orders for equipment on assigned projects
- Manage projects with oversight from key stakeholders
- Support and document project risk and issues
- Other duties as assigned
