Enrollment Support Specialist

- Conduct account analysis - Identify enrollment data trends and system issues - Maintain confidential client records - Outreach to customers via phone and email - Participate in process improvement groups - Process enrollment reconciliation reports - Provide Healthplanfinder support to customers and carriers - Reconcile enrollment data between Healthplanfinder and carrier systems - Resolve customer requests and escalations - Support Open Enrollment activities
