Enterprise Account Manager

You will manage relationships with enterprise merchants in Paris, earn customer trust, provide payments expertise, identify commercial and expansion opportunities, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will coordinate stakeholders, lead strategic discussions, manage projects, and represent customer feedback internally.

• Prioritize and execute projects across multiple accounts

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in account management, product management, complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or payments
• Professional written and verbal proficiency in French and English
• Business acumen
• Analytical abilities
• Ability to synthesize complex data sets
• Ability to manage multiple projects
