Why this role matters

You'll provide architectural leadership and expertise that directly supports the direction of the business.

You're accountable for architecting and implementing end‑to‑end technology architecture and designs spanning business, data, application, integration, and technology stacks for enterprise solutions - ensuring every solution aligns with and supports the wider organisational strategy.

You'll work closely with the Enterprise Architecture Chapter Lead to shape the wider architecture and portfolio capability, including future strategies and roadmaps, making this a genuinely influential role during a period of large‑scale change.

Why you'll love working here

You'll be joining a genuinely collaborative, coaching‑focused team that values trust, low ego, and relationship building.

You'll work with leaders who value pragmatism, people‑first thinking, and empowering others to do their best work, with career pathways into senior architecture leadership and opportunities to grow across major programmes and transformation initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain architecture frameworks that support the technology strategy, and act as an architectural escalation point.
  • Lead cross‑domain alignment activities to manage interdependencies.
  • Proactively identify technical, process, and technology opportunities for value, and help domain leads identify capability gaps and build actionable roadmaps.
