Enterprise Governance Manager

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Governance Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of enterprise-wide governance frameworks, ensuring alignment between IT, PMO and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP and Salesforce), strong PMO background, and a proven track record in establishing robust governance models within large organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and evolve enterprise governance frameworks to support organizational strategy and compliance.
• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) governance processes, ensuring project delivery aligns with governance standards.
• Design and implement ERP governance policies and best practices for SAP and Salesforce environments.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, compliance reviews, and audit preparations across IT and business processes.
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure governance policies are communicated and enforced.
• Monitor governance metrics and KPIs, preparing reports for senior leadership and recommending improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance governance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise governance, PMO, and IT governance roles.
• Proven expertise in ERP governance with hands-on experience in SAP and Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of governance frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or a relevant advanced degree.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, COBIT, or ITIL.
• Experience working within the MENA region, particularly familiar with UAE regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience with additional ERP or CRM platforms beyond SAP and Salesforce.
