Responsibilities

What You'll Earn

$1,200/week during training — guaranteed
$2,000+/week for average and top performers
Weekly pay — every week, no waiting

What You'll Do

Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area
Introduce customers to renewable energy options face-to-face
Educate customers on enrollment options and guide them through a smooth, professional process
Hit daily and weekly performance goals set by your team lead
Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

Coachable and eager to grow professionally
Reliable with full-time availability — Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
