Equipment Manager
We're looking for an Equipment Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll oversee the assignment, tracking, maintenance coordination, reallocation, and sale of company-owned tractors and trailers. You'll play a key role in maximizing fleet utilization, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring equipment assets deliver value throughout their lifecycle.
Location: Golden Valley, MN
Hiring Range: $72,000 - $80,000+, commensurate with experience
Schedule: 1st shift

What You'll Do
• Manage tractor and trailer assignments, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate asset visibility.
• Coordinate equipment allocation with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor equipment utilization, mileage, and performance data to support redeployment and resale decisions.
• Oversee equipment reallocation, disposal, and sales activities, including vendor and buyer coordination.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues, including tracking devices and onboard technology.
• Analyze equipment KPIs and collaborate with leadership to improve fleet efficiency and asset performance.
