ETL Developer

Job summary

We are seeking an ETL developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data integration solutions supporting banking operations, reporting, analytics, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and/or IBM DataStage.
• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple banking systems.
• Support data warehouse and data lake initiatives.
• Optimize ETL performance and ensure data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
• Collaborate with business and data teams to define data requirements.
• Support regulatory and management reporting processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of ETL development experience.
• Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or IBM DataStage.
• Strong SQL and database skills.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of data quality and data governance practices.
• Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or other enterprise databases.

Preferred qualifications

• Banking domain experience.
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting environments.
• Knowledge of data lakes and big data technologies.
