Event/Marketing Executive [Govt]

• Location: One North
• Work Timing: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: Up to $3400 per month
• Duration: Oct 2026 - Mar 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, venue setup, registration, vendor coordination, and on-site operations.
• Support marketing activities such as event promotion, participant communications, and preparation of marketing materials (e.g. EDMs, banners).
• Manage publicity efforts and develop content for the website and social media platforms.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the consortium’s initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a diploma/degree in the relevant discipline with 1-2 working experience
• Experience in business development, marketing, and event management in research and innovation space is a plus
• Proficient in social media platforms and digital design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other content creation software
