Event Marketing Lead
Exhibition & Events Manager / Trade Show & Exhibitions Manager
Location: York, Pennsylvania
Working Pattern: Full Time | Warehouse-Based with Flexibility | Regular U.S. Travel
Join A-SAFE
A-SAFE is the global leader in industrial-strength polymer safety solutions. Our products protect people, equipment and facilities in some of the world's largest manufacturing, warehousing and logistics environments.
We're looking for an experienced exhibition and events professional to take ownership of our U.S. tradeshow program and help build a more structured, scalable and commercially focused approach to events.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional event coordination role.
You'll own A-SAFE's U.S. tradeshow and exhibition programs, taking responsibility for everything from planning and supplier management through to logistics, warehouse operations, onsite delivery and post-show analysis.
Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations, you'll ensure every exhibition is delivered professionally, supports commercial objectives and creates a consistent customer experience.
A key part of the role will be bringing greater structure and control to our exhibition assets, displays, product samples and warehouse operations. You'll be expected to improve processes, increase asset utilisation, manage costs and help create a more efficient and scalable exhibition function.
This is a hands-on role. Whilst there is flexibility, we expect this person to spend meaningful time onsite in York, particularly during the early stages, getting close to the operation, understanding our assets and helping shape how the function develops in the future.
We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable negotiating with suppliers, coordinating freight, managing exhibition logistics, organizing assets and representing A-SAFE at major trade shows across the United States.
What We're Looking For
Essential
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing function and make a visible impact on the future of A-SAFE's U.S. exhibition program.
You'll have the autonomy to improve processes, influence investment decisions and help shape how exhibitions support our commercial growth across North America.
