Executive Assistant Business Development and Strategy
You will support executives in the Business Development and Strategic Initiatives teams. You will manage complex calendars, expenses, correspondence, travel, meeting preparation and follow-through, leadership offsites and events, process improvements, corporate travel coordination, and occasional personal tasks while maintaining confidentiality and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed administrative support to executives
- Manage complex calendars and appointment schedules
- Process expense reports
- Compose and prepare confidential correspondence
- Arrange travel and maintain stakeholder awareness
- Coordinate calendars for leadership direct reports
- Manage scheduling requests to support executive time management
- Gather discussion topics, decisions, and action items for meetings
- Develop agendas and document meeting notes
- Ensure meeting follow-through
- Plan and execute leadership offsites, team events, and gatherings
- Coordinate logistics, vendors, agendas, and on-site event support
- Design and implement processes that improve collaboration and efficiency
- Coordinate corporate travel, conference registrations, and office events
- Perform occasional personal tasks and errands for leadership
- Handle clerical and administrative duties
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in an executive administrative role
- Experience supporting technology or software teams is desirable
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and confidentially
- Ability to prioritize conflicting needs and manage time effectively
- Experience planning and executing team offsites or large-scale events
- Skill creating decks, agendas, and executive communications
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed
- Willingness to work on-site five days per week
- Occasional flexibility outside standard hours for urgent matters
