Executive Assistant - Chairman's Office
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, priorities, and critical engagements with a strategic approach
- Ensure effective follow-ups on action items, decisions, and leadership directives
- Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on behalf of the Chairman
- Serve as a key point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and review professional communications, reports, and presentations
- Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and discretion
- Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Chairman on key initiatives and decisions
- Conduct business analysis, market research, and data-driven insights to support strategic planning
- Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews
- Track and monitor key business metrics, performance indicators, and project progress
- Drive and monitor special projects and strategic initiatives led by the Chairman
- Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies across functions
- Ensure alignment between business goals and execution across departments
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably in executive support roles or aviation back
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership / C-suite stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); experience with reporting tools is a plus
- Experience in a corporate or multinational environment
- Aviation or Airline experience preferably as a cabin crew is mandatory.
