Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing complex logistics, and acting as a critical liaison between leadership and global stakeholders.

You will join a fast-paced, collaborative team dedicated to driving operational excellence and supporting the strategic vision of our executive leadership.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Executive Support: Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinate intricate domestic and international travel itineraries to ensure seamless executive operations.

  • Strategic Communication: Serve as a primary liaison between the executive and internal or external partners by drafting high-impact correspondence and tracking critical meeting action items to completion.

  • Operational Efficiency: Support strategic initiatives from planning through execution while implementing process improvements to optimize executive workflows.

  • Information Discretion: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality while handling sensitive corporate and stakeholder information.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in an executive support role within a global, fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Strong knowledge of digital organizational tools, presentation software, and travel management systems.

  • Exceptional Communication and Judgment: Proven ability in exercising sound judgment (decision making where appropriate), handling sensitive information with discretion, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Superior Organizational Skills: Demonstrated success in project coordination and the ability to prioritize competing demands under tight deadlines.

  • Proven ability to work independently to meet changing deadlines with a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables on tight timelines

  • Highly collaborative, resourceful, responsive and accountable.

  • Business fluency in English and an additional European language (German and/or French is an advantage)

As part of our commitment to workplace transparency, we are pleased to share the reasonably expected salary range for this position in Slovakia. 15,500 Euro - 20,700 Euro. Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors.
