Executive Assistant
You act as a point of contact for executives, employees, and external partners, manage calendars and meetings, maintain executive supplies, arrange travel and accommodation, handle confidential matters, draft correspondence, prepare presentations, respond to communications outside normal business hours, and welcome executive guests.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, and external partners
- Manage executive calendars and set up meetings
- Maintain supplies required by the Executive Board
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- Manage sensitive matters confidentially and discreetly
- Draft correspondence for internal announcements and board meetings
- Prepare and manage presentations and decks
- Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls outside normal business hours
- Welcome executive guests
Requirements
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Proactive approach
