Executive – Graphic Designer

The Role
You'll create the marketing and in-store visuals that customers see every day — from price boards and promotional flyers to social media and campaign artwork. You'll work closely with Marketing, Merchandising and Store Operations to turn briefs into clear, on-brand, commercially sharp designs.
What you'll do
- Design in-store POSM — posters, wobblers, danglers, leaflets, catalogues, banners and signage
- Develop digital assets for social media, website, app, emailers and online promotions
- Support campaigns, seasonal promotions and new product launches with strong visual concepts
- Keep every design aligned to brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Handle trilingual layouts (Sinhala / Tamil / English) accurately and cleanly
- Ensure artwork accuracy — pricing layouts, promotional messages and legal disclaimers, grammar and detail
- Coordinate with external printers and vendors for accurate, on-time production
- Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced retail environment
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
- 1–3 years in graphic design; retail, FMCG or agency experience is an advantage
- A strong portfolio showing creative and commercial work (required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Understanding of print production and digital formats
- Strong eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Basic motion graphics / video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
