Executive Recruiter
You will own end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and Senior Director positions across business functions. You will develop search strategies, define role requirements with senior stakeholders, build and use executive networks, manage complex interview processes, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, and communicate compelling value propositions to executive candidates.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive searches for C-suite, VP, and Senior Director positions
- Develop search strategies for critical leadership roles
- Define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles with founders, board members, and executives
- Leverage and expand candidate networks
- Build relationships with executive talent through events and networking
- Manage complex interview processes and schedules
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience
- Craft and deliver value propositions to executive candidates
Requirements
- 10+ years of executive search experience
- At least 4 years focused on technology companies
- Track record placing C-suite and VP-level executives
- Deep understanding of data centers, GPUs, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or related hardware and software technologies
- Extensive executive talent network in relevant technology and infrastructure industries
- Experience with venture-backed or private equity-backed startups
- Understanding of high-growth startup dynamics
