Executive Research Analyst

The Executive Research Analyst is responsible for monitoring, researching, and analyzing publicly available information about key executives, companies, industry organizations, and business opportunities. The primary purpose of this role is to identify timely, relevant, and actionable opportunities for the CEO and Business Development team to connect with high-level decision-makers. The successful candidate will act as the company's "eyes and ears" in the market—tracking executive activity, industry developments, events, speaking engagements, awards, initiatives, and professional affiliations, then transforming this information into concise and actionable intelligence. This role requires a highly organized, analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can work independently and distinguish meaningful business signals from large amounts of information.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
  • Monitor target executives, companies, and industry developments on LinkedIn, company websites, news, and industry sources.
  • Identify relevant events, conferences, speaking engagements, awards, partnerships, and other networking opportunities.
  • Research and verify information using reliable sources.
  • Analyze and prioritize signals based on relevance and urgency.
  • Maintain accurate executive profiles, databases, trackers, and monitoring lists.
  • Prepare concise daily/weekly intelligence reports with clear source links.
  • Identify actionable opportunities for the CEO and Business Development team to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Escalate time-sensitive opportunities and important developments promptly.
  • Continuously improve monitoring, research, and reporting processes.
  • Work closely with the CEO’s support team and Business Development team to turn intelligence into actionable outreach opportunities.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Research, Market Intelligence, Business Development, Competitive Intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent ability to find, verify, and summarize information from multiple sources.
  • Strong LinkedIn, internet research, and information-monitoring skills.
  • Advanced English (B2+), especially written communication.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace, particularly Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to prioritize relevant information and identify actionable business opportunities.
  • Proactive, curious, and able to work independently.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling executive-level information.
