Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Project:

• Develop and continuously improve the Self Service Portal ecosystem for end users in a Scandinavian banking environment.
• Design, develop and optimise requestable services and automated workflows while supporting digital experience and operational stability.

• Own the service architecture, workflows and integrations across the Self Service Portal.
• Analyse, design, develop and maintain requestable and automated services.
• Translate and challenge business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design questionnaires, approval flows, workflows and integrations.
• Assess the impact of changes, troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners and platform teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Support testing and deployments, and drive standardisation, automation and service catalogue optimisation.

• Strong experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, Service Developer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with BMC Helix and Digital Workplace or similar platforms.
• Experience building requestable services and automated workflows.
• Good understanding of service architecture and enterprise systems integration.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience in incident analysis and complex troubleshooting.
• Understanding of the full service lifecycle from design and implementation to support.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and ITSM tools.

• Experience with Active Directory.
