F&B Operations Manager

Job Description & Requirements

• Job description:
• To set up and streamline SOPs of the various outlets
• Ability to set things up from scratch
• Work closely with the front of house (service crew and customer service) and back of house (kitchen)
• Monitor and plan the production processes
• Ability to drive growth by hiring, planning and training the team
• To be hands-on in setting up the shop
• To monitor and drive operational excellence in the outlets
• To plan and roster the right people in the service rosters
• To handle challenging and difficult situations

Requirements:

• Strong experience in handling F&B Operations (Dine-in, Takeaway)
• Strong experience in managing people and service crew
• Good experience in customer service
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Willing to travel across different outlets in Singapore
