Fabrication Manager

This role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing both employee and equipment performance, identifying areas of downtime, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to boost overall efficiency and utilization. The position will oversee the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and support capital expense planning for new plant, property, and equipment investments.
