Façade Design Manager

Position Title: Façade Design Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 18K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the trusted names in Aluminum and Glass fabrication, based in Dubai Job Description: • Lead and manage façade design projects including curtain walls, ACP cladding, glazing systems, louvers, and aluminum solutions. • Supervise design engineers, BIM coordinators, and draftsmen to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, production, procurement, and site teams for seamless project execution. • Ensure compliance with GCC construction standards, client requirements, and international façade engineering practices

Qualifications: • Male, 30-40 years old • Minimum 10 years of façade/aluminum design experience within GCC façade projects • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination software with strong technical knowledge of curtain wall and façade systems
